By accessing or using the MEQ Score website and services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
MEQ Score is a marketing effectiveness assessment tool provided by Cognatic. The Service includes a free scoring assessment and an optional paid full report.
3. User accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments and refunds
The full MEQ Report is available for £99 as a one-time purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the report, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and delivered.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, methodology, and software comprising MEQ Score are the intellectual property of Cognatic. Your purchased report is licensed for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.
6. Limitation of liability
MEQ Score is provided for diagnostic and educational purposes. It does not constitute professional advice. Cognatic is not liable for any business decisions made based on your MEQ Score or report.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
